About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs that power our applications. You should have strong experience with Python, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

This is a backend-focused role — though exposure to full stack environments is welcome, we’re primarily looking for someone who thrives in building robust backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in Python and Node.js.
Integrate and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway).
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems as needed.

Requirements
3+ years of backend development experience.
Proficiency in Python and Node.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch).
Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization in APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have
Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes).
Exposure to serverless architecture.
Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog).
Basic understanding of frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.

Software Engineer
Work location – Remote or Kochi office

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join our development team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building modern, high-performance web applications using Next.js and/or Vue.js, and is comfortable working with Node.js for backend integration. Experience or familiarity with Python-based backend services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain modern, scalable front-end applications using Next.js, React, and/or Vue.js.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create seamless user experiences.
Build reusable components, UI libraries, and frontend architecture that promote maintainability and performance.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and microservices, primarily built using Node.js.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain high engineering standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Contribute to backend logic when needed, especially in Node.js environments; familiarity with Python for backend services is a plus.
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2–5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications (adjust based on seniority).
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Proven experience with Next.js, React, and/or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and component-based UI development.
Experience working with Node.js for server-side logic, API development, or build tooling.
Familiarity with backend technologies such as Python, Django, or Flask is a plus.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, and basic cloud concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in collaborative agile teams.

Marketing & Communications Specialist

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s digital marketing activities. The role involves managing online campaigns, social media, and digital partnerships while collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms (posts, blogs, graphics, videos).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Optimize SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search rankings.
Set up and coordinate meetings with external partners, vendors, and agencies for collaborations and campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Prepare reports on digital marketing performance and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing tools.
Good understanding of content creation and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
