NOC Engineer

Work Experience: 0-2 year
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi


Job Description:
• Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.
• Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner.
• Track all planned and unplanned Systems & Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.
• Managing system backups and network security protocols.
• Performing regular checks on servers, network devices etc.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors.
• Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports.

Professional Skills:

Technical Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound IT Helpdesk calls from customers across the globe and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Initiates follow up calls with customers.

System Engineer- L3

Work Experience: 6+ years
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi
Mode of Work: Remote (Temporary)

Job Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage Windows Desktop OS Windows Server OS infrastructure in multi-site
environments
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
• Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server (on-prem and hybrid)
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365), including email, licensing, and advanced configuration
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management
• Lead and support Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms, including high availability and clustering
• Design, deploy, and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms
• Develop backup strategy and Perform test backup and disaster recovery
• Troubleshoot complex system, network, and cloud issues; serve as the final escalation point for L1/L2
engineers
• Basic administration of Firewall
• Write Scope of Work Documents for infrastructure projects
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance with IT standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security, networking, and infrastructure projects
• Mentor junior engineers and document technical procedures and solutions

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Advanced knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware, including performance tuning and failover clusters
• Experience managing workloads in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, VMs, networking, storage)
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for both on-prem and cloud environments
• Ability to lead projects, write documentation, and contribute to process improvement
• Proficiency in Tools (RMM/Ticketing/Documentation/Backup)
