Technical Support Executive

Work Experience: 1 - 3 years
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound IT Helpdesk calls from customers across the globe and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Initiates follow up calls with customers.
• Responding to client IT support requests via chats, calls, and tickets.
• Providing technical support via remote access.
• Update and monitor ticketing systems.

Essential requirement:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shift.
• Proven experience of working as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of working with Windows and MacOS systems.
• Proficient knowledge of computer systems and their peripherals.
• Experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office 365, Ms Outlook, Ms Word, Ms Excel, OneDrive etc is essential.
• Minimum 6 months voice experience in International Technical Support preferred.
• Knowledge in infrastructure concepts like Active Directory, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, RDP, AV, VM, MDM, Backup, VLAN, VPN, Servers, Firewall, Router, switch, Printer etc. would be an added advantage

Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Sales team in lead generation and business development activities.
2. Identify prospective clients through market research and outbound outreach.
3. Assist in client communication through emails and follow-ups.
4. Maintain and update CRM systems, sales trackers and related documentation.
5. Schedule meetings and assist in sales presentations and demonstrations.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

NOC Engineer

Work Experience: 0-2 year
Work Location: Infopark, Kochi


Job Description:
• Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.
• Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner.
• Track all planned and unplanned Systems & Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.
• Managing system backups and network security protocols.
• Performing regular checks on servers, network devices etc.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors.
• Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports.
• Escalate the technical issues which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)

Professional Skills:
• Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
• MCSE/MCSA/CCNA certification would be a plus.

Essential requirement:
• Willing to work in dedicated night shift.
• Excellent communication skills
