Job Summary
The Associate – Customer Support & Social Media will be responsible for managing email and digital communication channels within a healthcare environment. The role requires delivering timely, accurate, and professional support to patients, customers, partners, and other stakeholders. The incumbent will ensure consistent service quality, adherence to confidentiality standards, and maintenance of the organization’s professional brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to email inquiries from patients, customers, partners, and stakeholders within defined service timelines
• Monitor social media platforms and provide real-time, professional responses to queries and feedback
• Provide accurate information and general assistance regarding services, processes, and support requirements
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive matters to the appropriate internal teams and track resolution
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with healthcare communication and data privacy standards
• Document, track, and follow up on all interactions through designated systems

Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Azure Cloud Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Azure infrastructure management, containerization, security, monitoring, and cost optimization. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to support cloud-based environments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Azure Management Hierarchy including Management Groups, Subscriptions, and Resource Groups.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Azure resources such as:
• Virtual Machines (VMs)
• Storage Accounts
• Key Vault
• Application Gateway
• App Services
• Implement and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployments.
• Configure and manage Azure Networking (VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers, VPNs, etc.).
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and enforce security best practices.
• Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor and set up alerts/log analytics.
• Track and optimize cloud spending using Azure Cost Management & Cost Analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Azure security standards and best practices.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for cloud infrastructure issues.

Required Skills & Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure core services.
• Hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Azure Security and Identity Management (RBAC).
• Experience with Azure Networking concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in Azure.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Azure CLI preferred).
