Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across eCommerce and AI-driven initiatives. This role requires strong ownership, structured execution, and the ability to manage both client expectations and internal delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a mix of large-scale development projects and smaller change requests, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

*Own end-to-end delivery of multiple parallel projects, including both small enhancements and large-scale implementations

*Define project scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation in collaboration with stakeholders

*Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers and individual contributors

*Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively drive resolution (internal and client-side delays)

*Ensure deadlines are met or properly communicated with mitigation plans in place

*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment

*Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports and progress dashboards

*Drive accountability across teams to ensure closure of tasks and projects

*Participate in planning, budgeting and resource forecasting

*Establish and improve project management processes and best practices


Mandatory Skills & Experience

*5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar role

*Strong experience managing eCommerce projects - Shopify or Magento

*Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities

*Experience working with both teams and individual contributors

*Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

*Strong problem - solving and escalation handling ability

*High level of ownership and accountability

*Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zoho or similar

Good to Have

*Experience managing AI / ML or LLM-based projects

*Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

*Experience working with global clients, especially US-based

Work Requirements

*Willingness to work with overlap in US time zones

*Ability to manage client communications effectively in English (spoken and written fluency is mandatory)

.NET Developer

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with 5+ years of experience in C#/.Net/.Net Core to design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable applications.

Responsibilities

*Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable .net/C#/.net core code

*Work closely with other engineers to develop new products

*Work on extensions of existing products

*Suggest and implement improvements on current products

*Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules

*Hands on of algorithm complexities

*Development of the next generation software

Technical Skills

*Solid experience with Microsoft stack web development (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

*Experience of 3+ years in MVC design pattern a must.

*Experience .NET Core is preferable.

*Competence in at least three areas in the full stack with advanced experience in at least one:

Backend development (data access, services, MVC, APIs);

Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);

JavaScript frameworks;

Database design and development (data modeling, optimization, T-SQL);

*Able to recognize existing design patterns and develop new features with the same patterns

*Strong written and verbal communication

*Experience implementing projects from start to finish as part of a team

*Comfortable speaking to clients

*Ability to estimate tasks effectively and accurately

*Ability to build and maintains software based on strong requirements

*Ability to troubleshoot bugs given an error description and expected behavior description

Film & TV Data Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

*Research and update demographic data on talent, both in front and behind the camera, for all Film, TV, and Digital projects including gender, pronouns, neopronouns, LGBTQ+, disability, religious/cultural affiliation/identity, ethnicity, 2+ ethnicity, countries of heritage, country of origin, DOB, and language(s) spoken

*Review trades for DEI developments across the greater industry and update the system accordingly

*Awards Shows: NAACP and GLAAD

*Work with developers (via JIRA) to QA and enhance database

*Outreach to DEI advocacy media groups, committees, agencies, guilds, and DEI leads across the industry to establish our voice in the DEI space

*Support the creation of new DEI datasets

*Participate in panel discussions, when asked, to discuss the importations of inclusive representation in the industry

*Support collaborative projects with the music team when needed

Qualifications

*1+ year full-time experience in an office environment (experience working at a major studio/network/production company/agency preferred).

*Excited and passionate about data and entertainment.

*Strong organization and time management skills.

*Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.

*A high technical aptitude and working knowledge of Internet and software applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.

*Excellent written and verbal skills and a very high attention to detail.

*Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude.
