Electrical Senior BIM Engineer with strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks and solid knowledge of power, lighting, and ELV systems. Experienced in coordinated BIM modeling, shop drawings, clash resolution, and leading electrical deliverables to meet quality and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage electrical BIM models
Review designs and ensure model accuracy
Perform clash detection and coordination
Prepare shop drawings, schedules, cable routing, and quantity take-offs
Lead deliverables and support junior team members
Coordinate with teams, consultants, and clients
Maintain BIM standards and ensure timely delivery
Skills and Requirements
BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC
Electrical systems: power, lighting, ELV, grounding
BIM standards, LOD, ISO 19650, COBie
Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, time management, adaptability

Engineer-Precast Detailing- (Revit)

Profile Summary
Advenser is seeking an experienced Revit Precast Detailer (5–9 years) to join our Kochi team. The role involves producing accurate precast detailing primarily in Autodesk Revit, supported by AutoCAD. Responsibilities include creating and managing precast families, preparing BBS, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring all models and drawings meet international standards. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit-based precast workflows, with strong knowledge of precast reinforced concrete detailing and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit & precast detailing.
Knowledge of international codes & standards.
Experience in family creation.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Skills and Requirements
5–9 years in rebar detailing and reinforced concrete structures.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, RebarCAD, CADS RC, and Tekla Structures.
Expert in BBS preparation and detailing standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with BIM workflows (preferred).
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
