SSE/Lead Engineer- python

Job Purpose-
Be a Lead/Senior Engineer in Python Technology.

Job Description-
▪ Good hands-on knowledge in Django or Flask.
▪ Experience in designing & developing Microservices based applications, Unit testing using Pytest or
similar, DevOps and Agile practices, Code Reviews.
▪ Good development experience of at least 6+ years in Python + one amongst .NET, NodeJS, Angular
technologies
▪ Ability to write code in an efficiently structured and modularized manner.
▪ Good Understanding of one of the frameworks - Flask, Django etc.
▪ Experience with integrating code with Databases, front end application etc.
▪ Knowledge on various databases - such as MySQL, MariaDB and working experience on integrations with
NoSQL databases as well.
▪ Working experience on templating languages such as Jinja2.
▪ Experience on working with AWS, Azure APIs (Python) is an additional good to have skill.
▪ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
▪ Good understanding of code versioning (Git, SVN etc.)
▪ Nice to have: Working experience in DevOps.

Duties and Responsibilities-

▪ Take senior/lead engineer role in managing tasks in a sprint, reviewing the code of team members and
ensuring first time quality of code
▪ Write “clean”, well-designed code
▪ Capability to understand user stories, translate that into technical specifications and convert this into
working code.
▪ Follow modern agile based development process including TDD based unit testing
▪ Produce detailed specifications
▪ Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization
and functionality
▪ Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
▪ Follow technology best practices.
▪ Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.

Project Manager

1. Completely manage a client account ensuring the right balance between delivery of ongoing projects and skills to maintain the customer relationship to identify new prospective projects from the client account.
2. Experience and confidence in client management with good articulation, detailing and negotiation skills.
3. Capable in coordinating client interactions for product requirement grooming and detailing, product development with modern engineering practices, user acceptance testing, rollout and release phases.
4. Experience in Product Development in Web/Mobile technologies with industry standard engineering practices (CI/CD,DevOps, Automated Testing,Unit Testing throughCode, Automated ReviewGates etc.)
5. Passionate about going into details.
6.Expertise in handling end to end project delivery in Agile Methodology with hands on experience in Product Grooming, Agile Ceremonies, Collaborating with Technical Architects, Development, Testing, Release and Maintenance of the product.
7.Excellent Project Management skills including Estimation, Scheduling, Tracking, Commercials and Quality
8. Experience in managing teams ofsize > 20
9. Experience in working with Agile teams in Scrum Master role anchoring different ceremonies like grooming, sprint planning, sprint retro and sprint demo

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Full ownership of delivery and pre-sales in a client account ensuring the right balance between delivery of ongoing projects and identifying new opportunities in a client account.
2. Manage a team of 15 – 20 resources to execute different projects
3. Full ownership of functional, technical, and commercial quality of the project.
4. Passion to go into details/depth on project functional & technical aspects
5. Analysis Skills – Natural interest to analysis and problem-solving. Should be able to analyze business problems faced by the client and suggest solutions.
6. Be a true servant leaderto the team and win the confidence of the team through regular interactions, professional friendliness, courtesy, respect, and knowledge.
7. Client Management
a. Build customer confidence through detailing, pro-active nature, business value additions and quality
b. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and communicate threats identified, actions planned, forecasted dates for milestones, dependencies with client teams etc.
c. Negotiate and arrive at consensus on scope changes, change requests etc.
d. Study the different businesses of the client company and look out for options for more digital transformation in such areas. e. Present Experion capabilities and resource skills sets in appropriate forums
8. ScrumMaster, Agile Champion
a. Product Grooming- With the help of Lead BA decide the Stories to be taken for each grooming session based on the project schedule
b. Identify technical gaps in features during grooming and planning activities, involve Architects as required to solve them
c. Sprint planning – Facilitate the Dev team to identify the tasks and absolute estimates for each story groomed and planned for sprint. Help the team to confirm sprint backlog based on the team velocity and resource availability
e. Daily Scrum meetings – Conduct daily scrum meetings, identify challenges in sprint plan and take appropriate actions
f. Regularly track the progress of Sprint plan, QC Releases etc. with the help of Burn Down charts
g. Sprint Reviews/Demo – Schedule Sprint Demos at conclusion of every sprint, Identify Stories for demo and prepare demo plan with the help of Leads. Track and close comments given during demo.
h. Sprint Retrospection – Promote and ensure open feedbacks from team members on good and bad things happened in Sprint, take and track suggestions to improve
9. Project Metrics Management
a. Prepare and track project schedule based on the defined scope, team size, dependencies etc.
b. By closely monitoring the work progress, challenges involved, identify the threats or delays in project schedule and inform the stakeholders on the impacts with data points to substantiate
c. Prepare invoice plans considering the revenue and cost of the project. Complete ownership of managing the project commercials. Ensure that the margins defined in project plan is met through proper planning and tracking
d. Prepare timesheets for TnM projects and ensure timely invoicing from clients
e. Ensure the quality of every deliverable by coordinating Reviews, Testing etc. with respective teams
10. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Articulate points with clarity and support of data
11. Pre-sales Skills
a. Work with the marketing team to create project case studies, blogs etc.
b. Coordinate and prepare project proposals with BA, Architects etc.
12. Willingness to Travel to client sites (overseas/domestic) for short – medium duration(1 week to 1 month).

Senior Software Engineer- .NETCore

Job Purpose:

Be a Senior Software Engineer in Web API development using .NET.

Job Description:

▪Expertise in developing .NET Core based web applications with RDBMS or NoSQL database back-end.
▪Experience in working with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, Blazor, ASP.NET Identity etc.
▪Good working exposure with REST API and Very strong knowledge in object-oriented concepts & design
patterns
▪Expertise in reviewing PR’s and test coverage of the unit tests.
▪Experience in developing static code analyzer
▪Experience in working with cloud services like AWS Lambda, SNS, Azure Functions, etc. provided by AWS,
Azure, Google, etc.
▪Experience in working with micro-services architecture. Proficiency when it comes to code versioning tools
like GIT, and SVN.
▪Good understanding and working knowledge on project tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps and project
collaboration tools like Confluence etc.
▪Excellent communication skills and convey the ideas with clarity, depth and details.
▪Prepare process and design documentations for the solutions implemented for the projects.

Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Lead AI Engineer to build, integrate, and operationalize Agenitc AI
capabilities, pre-dominantly with Gen AI. This is a core engineering role responsible for day-to-day
implementation of AI features using AWS-native tooling.

AI Engineering
• Build agentic solution with conversational agents at front end & agentic automation for data
retrieval at the backend.
• Build Text to SQL AI capability
• Build Graph Database from SQL as well as unstructured data
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, Graph RAG capabilities etc
• Evaluate LLMs (primarily AWS Bedrock based, additionally other Cloud and on-prem LLMs) for
performance, scaling & cost perspectives
• Knowledge on GPU based LLM installation/management is a plus
• Knowledge of MLOps and methodologies of model/agentic deployment is requisite

Backend Development
Develop scalable services using:
