Trainee - Quality Analyst

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

NDimensionZ, a fast-growing, global leader aspirant firm in technology and digital services is looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you should work diligently to detect and report any issues with our software programs, apps, and websites. As part of your duties, you will perform quality assurance (QA) tests throughout the life cycle of a project, reviewing our products as an end-user would do and reporting any bugs to the development team.



RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing QA testing for software programs, apps, and websites.

Interact with clients analyze their requirements for validity and feasibility, assess the functionality and overall user experience of our products and prepare test scenarios

Detects and tracks software defects, bugs, inconsistencies and usability issues.

Document any issues and prepare reports on all aspects of the software tests performed, and report back to the design team

Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
