Accountant (3-4 yrs)

Job Title – ACCOUNTANT

ThoughtMinds is a global leader in delivering transformative solutions in LLMs and
Generative AI. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–4
years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance. The role requires strong
knowledge of GST (SEZ & Non-SEZ), TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory
requirements, along with hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounting & Finance
o Maintain day-to-day accounts, journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
o Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor & customer reconciliations.
• GST Compliance
o Knowledge of GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
o Handle SEZ-specific compliance including LUT filing & exemptions.
o Perform GST input credit reconciliations.
• Payroll & Statutory Deductions
o Assist in payroll processing.
• Audit & Compliance
o Coordinate with auditors for statutory & internal audits.
o Maintain SEZ compliance documents and liaise with authorities.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/ ZOHO Books/ other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST (SEZ & Non-SEZ transactions).
• Working knowledge of TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliances.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
