Implementation Analyst- Role overview

The Implementations function has the responsibility for delivering customer focused solutions from requirements definition, through build and integration, testing, go live, and hand over to support functions
The Implementations Executive owns and delivers a portfolio of smaller client work items, and assists Implementation Managers on larger client projects and programs; configuring APEX platform, collaborating closely with internal teams, and liaising externally with clients and third parties

 Skills & experience needed

Must have 3-6 years' experience in a technical or client-facing role within the financial services, payments, or cards industries.
Structured and well organised.
Keen attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across different levels, both internally (with peers, management, and board) and externally (clients and other third parties).
