Lead Business Analyst
Responsibilities
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Conducts systems analysis and design studies and prepares concept and design specifications
• Capable of executing joint business or technical staff analysis and design working sessions
• Preparation of Documents like BRD, SRS, and gap analysis documents etc.
• Provides functional problem analysis support to diagnose and remedy problems in operating procedures and computer applications;
• Serves as project leader responsible for systems analysis and design for a complex or broad functional application;
• Able to functionally support mobility front and concepts behind it
• Applying business/functional concepts, such as topic-based functionality, task-oriented design, and single-sourcing
• A basic understanding of data analytics and dashboard design
• Understanding of core development processes: project planning, process creation and review in business analysis angle
• Breaking down software requirements into processes and sub processes to the targeted user and effectively explaining those to the user
• Understanding business profiles and creating system requirements targeted appropriately to meet user/business goals
• Experience in the study and development process of ERPs.
• Experience in Financial / Banking solution design and development is Preferred.
Educational qualification
Graduate in Engineering or MBA
