Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
*Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as Content Writers, Digital Marketing Executives, Software Developers (Front-end, Back-end, or Full Stack)
*Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
*Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
*Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
3. Screening & Selection:
*Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
*Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
*Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities.
*Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
*Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
*Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
