We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co in Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for a US IT Recruiter for our operations in Kochi. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and hands on experience in hiring US citizens for US Federal clients.

Requirement Brief:

Designation : US IT Recruiter
Qualification : Any Graduation
Experience : Minimum 3 – 7 Years.
Skillsets : US IT recruitment for Federal clients.
Job Time : 05.30 PM – 02.30 AM IST (Monday – Friday)
Location : Infopark, Kochi.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice).
Craft and send recruiting emails
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ask for referrals from external networks
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Must have experience with recruiting technical resources
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Effective time-management abilities
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the desired candidate profiles for each role
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates
Hand off best-qualified candidates to Recruiters to conduct screens
Post new job listings, renew existing job postings.
Provide support for ad hoc reporting.
