Abilytics is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving data-driven decisions and process optimization across various departments. This role involves managing internal and client projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery to production.

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into user stories and specifications.
- Project Management: Oversee both internal and client projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Quality Assurance: Drive UAT, track issues, and ensure the final product is ready for production deployment.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflows and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
