Senior US Tax Preparer

Job description- Senior US Tax Preparer
Job Type: Full-time
📍 Location: Infopark, Kochi
Night Shift (08:30pm to 05:30am)

We are looking for a positive & motivated individual to join our tax team. Our company has been in business for few years - we are continually growing & looking for an individual who wants to grow with us.

Job Duties:
- Preparation of C- Corporation, S corporation, Partnership, LLC (can range from simple to complex)
- Preparation of year-end projections
- Review of financial statements and/or records for accuracy
- Consultancy with the clients
- Communication with account managers and/or clients in order to obtain any missing information
- Assist with tax notices, making tax payments, state tax filings, and/or other tax matters that may present themselves
- Scanning of tax documents

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 to 9 years tax experience
- Familiarity with US Taxation, accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Desktop QuickBooks/QB Online experience a major plus
- Ability to work independently and work on a return from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple returns throughout the season
