Digital Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, digital trends, and the ability to create integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels: SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Oversee content strategy, including blogs, landing pages, and social media content
Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers to execute marketing plans
Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing management
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Creative thinker with attention to detail and analytical abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
