Senior Business Development Executive (IT Services | lead generation)

Essential Job Functions
● Conduct market research and identify potential clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
● Perform email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects
● Focus on target markets in India, US and the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Muscat, KSA)
● Engage and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support sales conversions
● Maintain accurate lead and meeting records in CRM systems
● Support the demand generation team with strategic BD initiatives
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services.
● Familiarity with Time & Material staff augmentation and outsourcing models
● Strong communication skills and comfort in outbound, target-driven environments
● Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
Key Result Areas:
● Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for qualified client meetings
