Sr. Front-end Developer(Exp:4-6 years)

Responsibilities

*Architect and optimize front-end solutions for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
*Conduct code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance and maintainability.
*Implement best practices for UI development, including accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.
*Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on animation techniques and best practices.
*Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development process.


Requirements

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
*4-6 years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
*Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including animations and transforms), and JavaScript (ES6+).
*Expertise in GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) for complex animations and transitions.
*Proficiency in Three.js for building interactive 3D visualizations and experiences.
*Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Next.js, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
*Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
*Understanding of Testing, Debugging, Problem-Solving Skills.
*Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities is a plus.
*Strong communication and collaboration skills.
