Technical Project Manager(Exp:6+Years)
Responsibilities
*Oversee and lead multiple projects from inception through completion.
*Manage a team of 10-15 project coordinators and project managers.
*Establish project management frameworks and best practices.
*Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
*Allocate resources and develop detailed project schedules and plans.
*Conduct regular team assessments and performance evaluations.
*Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
*Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
*Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators to enhance their skills and performance.
*Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members to ensure project needs are met.
*Handle client interactions and maintain strong client relationships.
*Promptly address escalations and concerns from clients.
*Maintain comprehensive documentation of all projects, including emails, project details, completion dates, and team performance.
*Ensure the quality of each deliverable.
*Optimize processes and implement new procedures to improve the organization's profitability.
*Ensure that project coordinators are tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring project objectives are met.
Requirements
*Desired Candidate Profile: BTech / B.E / BCA / BBA / MBA.
*6-8 years of experience in software development project management,
*Extensive experience in leading and managing complex projects across various IT platforms.
*Expertise in website development, eCommerce projects, and mobile & web application development.
*Strong background in agile, waterfall, and hybrid development methodologies.
*Advanced knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
*Superior communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
*Proficiency in JIRA is highly preferred, along with other project management tools like Basecamp, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, and
Notion.
*Certification in project management is an advantage.
*Experience in running projects using Scrum principles, with proficiency in conducting Scrum ceremonies.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
