IT Business Analyst - 4+ Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritize business requirements, conducting gap analysis to align current processes with desired outcomes based on business value and impact.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, collaborating with technical teams to design solutions adhering to IT architecture standards.
Create detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and data models.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Participate in the testing phase of the project lifecycle to ensure the developed software meets specified requirements. Assist in developing test cases and scenarios.
Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and process improvements.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications. Create user manuals and training materials as necessary.
Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute solution implementations.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile: BTech, MCA, BCA, Msc/Bsc CS
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience.
Prior experience in Software Project Development/Testing, 2+ year.
Experience in client interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Experience in Banking, EFT, Card Payment domain is an added advantage.
Note: Working from Office is mandatory for this role.
