About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in customer service or sales support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and supporting insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
b) Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
c) Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
d) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
e) Coordinate with internal teams, including underwriting and claims departments, for smooth operations.
f) Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in Zoho CRM software.
g) Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality.
h) Assist in policy modifications, premium calculations, and insurance renewals.
i) Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
j) Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications:
a) 0-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or CRM roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
b) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
c) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-first approach.
d) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
e) Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Zoho.
f) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
h) Knowledge of insurance policies, underwriting processes, and claims handling is a plus.
i) Language Proficiency : Fluency in English ,Hindi ,Malayalam and Tamil.

a) Experience in the insurance industry ,IT, financial services sector.
b) Understanding of customer service best practices and industry trends.
c) Prior experience handling social media customer service interactions.
