Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and email campaigns.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
3. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and prospects to optimize the sales process.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our internal management team to ensure alignment of products and services with client requirements.
4. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
5. Collaborate with the management team to close deals by preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
6. Represent the company at industry events to expand professional networks.
7. Use CRM tools effectively to identify, track, and engage potential leads.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Malayalam
2. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies.
4. Solid business acumen and understanding.
5. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
