SEO Content Writer [work from office]

Roles and Responsibilities
• Research and write high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, property descriptions, market trends,
guides, and landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner) to identify ranking opportunities.
• Optimize content for on-page SEO, including meta descriptions, title tags, headers, internal linking, and structured data.
• Create compelling and informative property listings page content that engage users and drive conversions.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends to improve content strategy.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and digital
marketing goals.
• Write engaging, easy-to-read, and value-driven content that resonates with homebuyers, sellers, and real estate
professionals.
• Ensure content is plagiarism-free and adheres to SEO guidelines.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably in real estate, property tech, or MLS platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Google Keyword Planner.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to create engaging, informative, and actionable content tailored to real estate audiences.
• Familiarity with MLS listings, real estate trends, and industry terminology is a plus.
• Experience with CMS platforms, and basic HTML is an advantage.
• Strong research skills and the ability to turn complex topics into digestible, user-friendly content.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple content projects.

Job Location –Infopark Thrissur, Work from Office

Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM

Salary: Rs.3,00,000 to Rs.4,20,000
