Technical Lead (Mernstack)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead with expertise in React, Node.js, MongoDB, to lead and manage our development projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in technical leadership role, and possess strong problem-solving and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Team Leadership:
* Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.

2.Technical Expertise:
* Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
* Leverage Microsoft Azure services for cloud-based solutions.

3.Architecture & Design:
* Develop and oversee the architecture of web applications to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 6+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Technical Skills:
* Frontend Development:
-Proficiency in React and JavaScript/ES6.
-Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

* Backend Development:
-Expertise in Node.js and building RESTful APIs.

* Database Management:
-Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design and optimization.

* Cloud Expertise:
-Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Storage).


Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and communication abilities.

QA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with a strong background in testing and quality assurance processes to join our team.

Key Requirements:
* Total Experience: 5+ years in software testing.
* Manual Testing: 4+ years of hands-on experience.
* Automation Testing: At least 1 year of experience in automation testing (preferred).

Responsibilities:
* Perform end-to-end testing, including manual and automation testing as required.
* Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
* Conduct functional testing, product testing, and system testing to ensure software meets requirements.
* Participate in Agile testing practices and collaborate closely with development teams in an Agile
environment.
* Identify, document, and report bugs effectively, ensuring clear communication with developers.
* Validate fixes and perform regression testing to ensure the resolution of defects.
