JOB DESCRIPTION
Armia Systems Pvt Ltd @ Infopark Kochi We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by analyzing data, conducting market research, and preparing high-quality proposals for potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Collecting and Understating website, software requirements of the clients.
Ensure timely management and sharing of all project-related reports with clients, the team, and management.
Develop requirements to business proposal
Project coordination between developer and client
Conducting regular project meetings and client updates
Communication through chat/ email/ telephone/ Other communication modes regarding Requirement gathering, Project update, Delivery & Post delivery.
Obtains estimates/level of effort and distributes to Clients
Develops communications documents [Business project proposal, Project status, project milestones, user-manuals etc.
Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Being available on-call for emergencies and any project-specific demands.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT Startups.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools (e.g., Proposal software).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
Familiarity with technical and business terminology relevant to the industry.

UI UX DEVELOPER
Armia Systems Pvt Ltd @ Infopark Kochi is looking for UI/UX Developers who are willing to work as part of our Software Development Team to bring designs to life.
Preferred Skills:
Must have a User-centric mindset to create easy to use UI designs for new web and mobile applications.
Expertise in knowledge of industry tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop etc.
Well-versed with HTML, CSS Preprocess (SASS, LESS, Stylus etc.) Bootstrap and Javascript (jQuery, Next JS, React JS, Angular JS, Vue.JS etc). WordPress would be an added advantage.
Good Understanding of Usability and Interaction Design Principles required for Modern Web/Mobile Application Frontend Design.
Knowledge of source code version control management tools like git is an advantage.
Expertise in visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Should be familiar with the latest UI trends.
Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
Self-starter and highly motivated.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Business Development Executive you will support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Requirements
Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients.
Compile and maintain databases of potential clients and leads.
Generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, linkedin and networking events.
Qualify leads based on criteria provided by the senior business development team.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and address client inquiries or concerns.
Update CRM databases with relevant information.
Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars.
Preferred Skills
Technical / Science graduate/ BE Software / (MBA IT preferred).
