We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist with experience in IT-based B2B marketing and strong communication and presentation skills. The role involves developing and executing tailored marketing strategies to engage prospects and foster brand visibility in the UK market. This individual will work closely with our sales team, focusing on targeted outreach and building impactful connections. Ideal candidates are creative, proactive, and committed to exploring new strategies to enhance engagement and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement engagement tactics for prospect outreach, including personalized content and interaction strategies across platforms (primarily LinkedIn).
-Build connections within target networks, strategically interacting with key individuals to raise brand visibility.
-Collaborate with the sales team to create engaging content (newsletters, snippets, carousels, etc.) tailored to market trends and client needs.
-Conduct SEO and marketing optimizations to boost online presence.

Qualifications:

Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive - IT service Sales

Experience- 2 years

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT services sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT service sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

3. Sales Process Management:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
