NEW/UPCOMING PROJECTS

Infopark is gearing up for big scale capacity additions in the coming years. It is projected to create more than 8 million sq.ft at Infopark Kochi Phase 2, will provide direct employment opportunities for 90,000 IT professionals. At Infopark Phase 1 also, campus construction by IBS Software services in progress expected to be ready by 2021. In the other campuses of Infopark at Koratty and Cherthala, more vacant land is available for creating infrastructure facilities. Here are the Projects underway at Infopark Kochi Phase 1 and Phase 2 which is expected to be ready for operations by 2022. IT building by Infopark at ‘JYOTHIRMAYA’ is now operational at Infopark Phase 2 and Lulu Cyber Tower 2 at Infopark Phase 1 is also ready for space allotments. Both the Buildings are in the SEZ notified area of the campus, offers various space formats for the requirements of IT/ITES Companies.

LULU CYBER TOWER 2

LuLu Cyber Tower II presents itself as a modern edifice in the evolving IT world, creating job opportunities for more than 11,000 IT professionals. Located centrally in Infopark, it offers over 9,00,000 sq. ft. of premium energy-efficient IT workspace across 11 office floors. The building opens to a world-class, splendid atrium. Each floor is 84,000 sq. ft. which is one of the largest floor size in South India, and seats 1200 people, which aids in business consolidation. JYOTHIRMAYA

‘JYOTHIRMAYA’ is the first IT Building developed by Infopark in the Phase 2 Campus. The Building is a waterfront property located on the banks of Kadambra river. Constructed in 6.80 acres of land inside the Special Economic Zone notified area with a super built-up area of 4 lakhs sq.ft in G+9 Floors. There is a separate Multi Level Car Parking Block for parking the cars. Plug and Play Business offices from 800 sq.ft up to 5000 sq.ft and bare shell offices ranging from 2500 sq.ft up to 1 lakhs sq.ft available for lease. Trans Asian Shipping Services Pvt.Ltd as a Co-developer with Infopark has leased 2.06 acres of land at Infopark Kochi Phase 2 for setting up TransAsia Cyber Park. INDEEVARAM

INDEEVARAM is the first multi-storeyed IT Building named in the Koratty campus of Infopark. This Building having a super built-up area of 3.3 lakhs sq.ft in Basement + Ground + 6 Floors. Located inside the Special Economic Zone notified area (SEZ) of the campus is well equipped with all supporting facilities includes 100% DG backup, Bank, ATM, Food Court, Conference Hall, Training Hall, Discussion Room, Shopping centres etc. The IT Building offers both Plug n Play and warm shell options for the Companies. The building will have own power receiving and distribution system, HVAC plant, Fire protection facility, data and communication connectivity, STP etc. The Building Is Operational Since 2016.

Sunya Ek Cyber Park Pvt.Ltd. is developing an IT Park under the brand name ‘CLOUDSCAPES CYBER PARK’ at Infopark Phase 2 in a 1 acre of land. CASPIAN TECHPARKS

Caspian Techpark is the flagship IT park project of Group Mukkadan.
