UX LEAD Position - Looking for UX Lead who will lead the building of experience across multiple channels (Desktop and Mobile Web, Android and iOS Apps) - with emphasis on both simplicity and intuitiveness, as well as a common UI for all our properties. Lead UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project even though they may not be directly working on all of them. Depending on client requirements, they will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following:
- Design Strategy based on User Mapping, User Stories, Business Needs, and Technology inputs
Research
- Wireframes
- Navigation structures
- Storyboards
- Usability testing
- Specification documentation
- Design workshop facilitation
- Mentor junior designers and stakeholders
- Help the design team reinforce a design thinking culture throughout the company
- Effectively mentor and nurture subordinate designers
- Travel to multiple stakeholder location for short-term and long-term projects
- Independently lead multiple products as the design owner
- Act as the lead on all assigned projects
- Manage the design life-cycle from start to finish
- Organizes workload across teams on projects
- Consider business “critical few” in design decisions
- Enforce and establish platform-wide standards in design work
- Proactively improve project requirements
- Ensure that the team has what they need to deliver high quality work
- Work great in both solo and in a team setting
- Able to fulfil all design requirements from start to finish independently
- Ensure that working knowledge of directly-related projects across the business is bridged, facilitated, and maintained between any relevant teams.
