Sr. Annotation Sales Manager

Job description:-
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Annotation Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our data annotation services. Location is not a constraint. The role demands a deep understanding of the annotation industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and close opportunities across industries such as AI/ML, healthcare, autonomous vehicles, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for annotation services.
Identify target markets, industries, and clients that can benefit from data annotation solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

3.Client Relationship Management:
Understand client requirements and present tailored annotation solutions to meet their needs.

4.Market Research and Industry Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle.

Senior Fullstack Developer

Role & Responsibility Details:-

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular with backend using Java and related technologies (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices. Prepare correct database structure and high-performance database queries.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA, etc.) to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Write unit and integration tests using tools like JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks.
- Prepare correct effort estimates for software development activities.
- Prepare technical documents like low-level and high-level design documentation, deployment architecture documents etc.

Key Job related (Technical / Functional) skills

- Experience: 3-6 years relevant industry
- Qualification- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong experience with Java 8+ and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
- Knowledge of Hibernate and JPA for database interaction.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and building scalable systems.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (8+), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Good understanding of component-based architecture, lazy loading, form validation, state management in Angular.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and Web Services (SOAP, REST). Experienced in creating responsive and progressive web applications. Exposure to CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material Design, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and TestNG.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

Role & Responsibility Details
To Manage IT infrastructure as per Business Strategy
Collaborate with the onsite team and the OEM to implement and follow the process for delivery , installation and commissioning of IT hardware and networking .
Co-ordinate with the implementation partner and onsite team to ensure SLA.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the network and the active devices deployed.
Troubleshoot and debug network and hardware issues and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain asset inventory of hardware and network.
Assist in preparing technical documents like implementation manual , network architecture documentation etc
Adhere to implementation, support and documentation best practices of the company.
Contribute to purchase decisions of the IT infrastructure devices.

With All stakeholders of the project ( internal, partners/vendors, customer)
Skills Required
Key Job related (Technical / Functional) skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support within a networking environment .
Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLAN, operating systems, and hardware components
Strong experience with firewall and security technologies.
Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.(not mandatory)
Knowledge of open-source operating systems, such as Linux, is preferred
