Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator cum Secretarial Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to both the sales department and senior management. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and providing administrative assistance to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Coordination:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely response and resolution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

* Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

* Secretarial Duties:

Provide secretarial support to senior executives, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and partners, on behalf of senior management.
Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.

* Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or secretarial roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a similar industry or environment is advantageous.
