Support Executive – US Process

Responsibilities
• Understanding the product and services provided by the company
• Resolving client complaints and queries
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Talking clients through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with clients
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any filed
• Mandatory 2 years of experience working as customer support executive(or) any similar position handled US clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• A clients-oriented individual
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize task
• A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions
