Position : Magento Lead Engineer
Location : Kochi/ Bangalore
Experience : 10+ Years
The ideal candidate is expected to have a good architecture experience along with hands on development experience. The candidate must be able to work both independently and as a lead to help mentor / train other application developers. Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision. Should be capable of independent performer roles.
Translate functional requirements from business users into sound technical designs that meet business objectives.
Provide subject matter expertise for use of the Magento platform.
Demonstrable knowledge of API integration, Payment Gateways, Shipping etc.
Working with the infrastructure team, recommend architecture changes to improve performance and availability.
Proactively offer solutions to complex technical problems.
Customer interaction and product ownership
Customer data and product migration
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a 8+ years on web application/ ecommerce development in Magneto (PHP)
LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) experience
Magento 2.3 (or higher) development experience
Magneto theme development and customizations
Developing Custom modules, Extending Magento modules & Theme developments
Full understanding of the Magento themes and templating systems
Migration projects background to Magento from any ecommerce platforms.
Solid client side scripts background
Knowledge of CSS, LESS, Java Script, JQuery
Knowledge of responsive design & optimization techniques
Experience in Integration with Search , Redis and Page Caching services
Nice to have
WordPress development experience
Familiarity with the WooCommerce plugin for WordPress
Knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM
Experience with web service development
Experience with cloud hosting & Administration
Ecommerce sites ground up development and Migration
Integration experience with Payment gateways such as Affirm
