Job Description:

Position : IT Digital Customer/Supplier Engagement – Senior Manager

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10+

Position Summary:

This critical position is responsible for leading the team responsible for design, development, implementation, deployment and support of all aspects for our Digital Customer/Supplier environments which are critical in meeting our corporate level business objectives. This will include all aspects of our web and ecommerce capabilities within the organization

Job Description:

Tasks and responsibilities of the position:

Strong passion for driving innovation and strategy within all aspects of our digital experience within The organization. Requiring direct interaction with all members of senior leadership within The organization and all aspects of The organization’s digital strategy.
Partner and collaborate with key business members to provide efficient, optimized, organized and forward thinking IT services to enable global growth and productivity initiatives
Provide overall IT Leadership for the e-Commerce and web teams
Manage team of 6 employees and at minimum 10 contractor/consultants in a global team performing all HR and cost management associated with team
Lead, manage, prioritize, maintain and report on KPIs, metrics and service levels for portfolio of projects, enhancements, incidents and maintenance tasks
Serve as and/or mentors project manager(s) to execute projects to drive and develop key milestones and deliverables ensuring projects are well managed, communicated and completed properly
Proactively identify and propose business process changes, enhancements or new technology to further differentiate the systems and services we provide to our stakeholders and/or our stakeholders provide to customers/users/employees
Train and develop personnel to attain and maintain technical proficiency and competency-based skills.
Decision Making Authority:

All aspects of team/employee management
Project prioritization, execution and resourcing
IT strategy and budget for Finance/Procurement systems
Key Metrics Role is Accountable For:

Accountable for all web/e-Commerce systems and tools within The organization
Accountable for partners implementing projects on related platforms
Accountable for managing all related IT software development life cycle deliverables for projects and efforts
Develop staffing plans, manage all aspects of employee management for the team (recruiting, hiring, managing, performance reviews/ratings, merit increase recommendations)
Meet financial objectives including the budget/forecasting, manage actual payments and variances and continue evaluation of cost optimization
Develop and manage all aspects of vendor and software evaluations including creation of RFIs and RFPs for continuing development of systems in this area.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required.
10+ years of experience with e-Commerce, web and/or related systems and technologies.
In depth knowledge e-Commerce and web concepts, strategies and systems with a focus on Adobe web and commerce products.
3 + years of Project Management experience and/or leading teams in implementations or supporting related operations.
Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions.
Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) development and formal change management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams.
Results oriented and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
Strong understanding of technical architecture/development of e-Commerce and related transactional systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s or other advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience with SAP ECC functionality as well as technical understanding of interfacing with BAPI and other integration methods.
Functional and technical understanding of Salesforce and related systems/interface technologies
