We are looking for a dynamic and go getter candidate with 10+ years of experience in the IT, Technology service industry/ Technology Company, preferably with experience in Business Development in the USA, North America region, Europe or UK. The candidate should have demonstrated strong new business success, driven with in depth understanding of various Client Acquisition channels combined with strong Client relations and Client Management experience. Candidate should possess strong communication skills, be a team player and results driven

Role and Responsibilities:

? Implement strategies to identify and generate leads in key service areas like Remote Infrastructure
Management, Data Centers, Cyber Security, Big Data etc.

? Identify key decision makers through own network, various channels, online research, Linkedin targeted at
New Client Acquisition.

? Manage end to end sales cycles - Generating new leads, building strong lead pipeline, Identifying new
business , nurturing relationships and following up to close out sales deals.

? Facilitate and schedule calls and meetings with prospective leads at various stages . Invite / inform
internal key stakeholders on such meetings / calls.

? Prepare & Present annual Business Plan with sales & revenue targets.

? Develop excellent relationships with clients, providing support during onboarding, implementation and
ensure deliverables are completed per timelines.

? Share insights and feedback from clients to internal product and development teams with objective of
improving process, delivery and success of projects and potential new opportunities.

? Prepare New Business Proposals customized to client requirement working with internal teams.

? Work with internal teams to coordinate the new client on-boarding process.

? Work with marketing team to develop & execute programs to promote our services and solutions.

? Stay updated about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualification :

• Overall experience in the IT / Technology industry of 10+ Years.

• Passionate about driving new business.

• MBA and or with Engineering Degree.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good understanding and experience in Technology areas like Cyber Security, Big Data, AI, Remote
Infrastructure Management and Digital Transformation.

• New business experience in Technology in International markets with preference for USA.

• Candidates with strong international Client Relationships and network.
