Content and RFP Support Coordinators (1-2 years experience )

Marketing Content: Help to write, develop, proofread and finalize the full range of marketing content including website content, proposals and capabilities statements, presentations, marketing collateral, professional biographies, event invitations, etc., while ensuring clarify and professionalism.
RFP team Support: Support worldwide RFP team with development of RFP attachments and other tasks related to the development of comprehensive RFP responses.
Proposal Library Management: Assist with the maintenance of content in our proposal and RFP generator software, Loopio.
Communication: Liaise with the RFP team, Visual Design team, Business Development and other internal teams to facilitate information flow and coordinate tasks in a streamlined way.
Tracking and Reporting: Assist with updating opportunity information in Salesforce and Smartsheet for firm wide and departmental tracking purposes.
Assistance with Chambers Submissions: Support the coordination and development of submissions for various Chambers submissions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).

Basic understanding of Salesforce, Smartsheet and Loopio or other proposal software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:
