Network Engineer Level 2

Purpose of Role

To provide 2nd level technical support to Brennan Voice and Data clients, Brennan IT engineers and staff. To coordinate, collaborate and escalate incidents within established timelines with Level 3 engineers, Carriers and Suppliers. To ensure all contracted levels of performance are achieved and SLA’s as agreed are met. Will be responsible to continuously improve the Efficiency and Excellence of Service Delivery as measured by Client Satisfaction ratings.

Key Responsibilities

Your activities and duties may include but not limited to:

• Troubleshoot complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex WAN issues in coordination with carriers & suppliers
• Act as technical escalation point of contact for Level 1 engineers and all other internal and external issues in regards to Brennan Voice and Data services
• Responsible for improving performance for the customer network, devices and services
• Responsible for cross functional coordination to resolve internal and customer related issues
• Maintaining internal and customer communication during the ticket resolution
• Escalating issues to next level as per define procedures
• Responsible for documentation of customer network and updating internal knowledge database
• Execute project tasks, including but not limited to gathering customer technical requirement, configuring router, switches, firewalls and other associated network devices if any.
• Creation of MOP/SOP and responsible for change management
• Assist is creation of Root Cause analysis (RCA)
• Adherence and compliance to the defined processes and tasks assigned
• Training and Mentoring Level 1 network engineers and other staff as necessary

Key Competencies

Essential

• 5 to 9 yrs. of experience in technical network support role preferably in Managed Services or Telecom provider environment.
• Strong industry based technical aptitude (e.g.TCP/IP and Application layer protocols)
• Good troubleshooting experience on multiple networking platforms and technologies (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper etc.)
• Good knowledge and troubleshooting experience on DSL, ISDN, Ethernet, IP, 3G/4G and networking protocols (eg. SNMP, DHCP, DNS, HSRP, Routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP etc. and switching protocols like VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, STP etc.)
• Good knowledge on GRE, IPSEC VPN’s, NAT/PAT
• Good knowledge on MPLS, QOS and other advanced network technologies
• Good knowledge on network security (Cisco ASA, Juniper Netscreen, Sophos) and wireless technology (Cisco Meraki) etc.
• Good knowledge on network monitoring tools like Nagios, Cacti, Manage Engine, etc.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Associate Provisioning Co-ordinator

PURPOSE OF ROLE

This key role within Brennan’s Voice and Data team is to play a major role in the provisioning ticket life cycle by processing new and cease contracts to required tickets in our CRM system to further process / provision required services to our clients. The role will provide support to Provisioning Coordinators and Project Managers where PM’s are aligned, acting as a second contact to the customers, suppliers, and internal staff.

The role can be summarized as follows for Associate Provisioning Coordinator:

? Responsible for understanding the documented process and converting the contracts received into tickets in our CRM tool
? Responsible for Validating and processing Cease contracts, working on carrier cancellations, cease clean-ups and router
recoveries.
? Managing carrier delivery milestones ensuring the agreed Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
? Responsible for carrier, sub-contractor, supplier relationship and processes management
? Responsible for cross functional coordination to perform order management
? Maintaining internal and customer communication during the process
? Maintaining the desired quality standards for processing each of the order
? Responsible for documentation of orders and updating internal knowledge database
? Interact with relevant business leaders to identify recurring issues and derive the root cause and permanent solution
? Adherence and compliance to the defined processes and tasks assigned

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Responsible for ordering carrier circuits and relevant equipment in-line with the project plan

Dot Net and Sharepoint Developer

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The primary function of this position, as part of the in-house development team, is to work in conjunction with the development and infrastructure team members to ensure that development operational duties and projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues.
These responsibilities will be completed under the supervision of Senior Analyst Programmer and the IT development team as a whole.

Knowledge and Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain Enterprise Content Management (ECM) content and applications that integrate with other enterprise systems and third-party products
• Integrate non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as needed
• Assist other Group IT team members and users across the A. G Coombs Businesses in conceptualising and developing SharePoint solutions
• Provide expertise and support to end users and other members of the Group IT team
• Assist key users across the business with accessing, utilizing and building ECM systems
• Assist with day-to-day administration of SharePoint System
• Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies
• Creation, management and maintenance of enterprise workflows using Nintex Workflows
• Manage end user system requirements as determined
• Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives

Essential Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web/intranet-based applications in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience in migration, development and ongoing management of Office 365 / SharePoint Online/ SharePoint On premise.
• Experience with the management of SharePoint infrastructure (Patches + general Maintenance)
• Experience with SharePoint Framework + React
• Experience in .NET 3.5+, MVC, ASP.NET ,T-SQL, C/C++, XML, C# .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, Odata and Windows Powershell scripting
• Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture
• Experience with SharePoint’s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services etc
• Experienced SharePoint Site Collection Administration
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus

• Have a strong programming background including authoring well written, well documented, modular and clean code
