Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Identifying new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
Supervising the tasks of all the Sales Executive in the team.
Handling problems and issues as and when they arise.
Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new clients.
Developing and planning various sales activities.
Gathering and analyzing all the sales-related data.
Maintaining an accurate record of total closed sale deals.
Preparing regular sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Recommending sales improvement strategies and giving advice to the sales team.
Researching on competitors' products, prices, and their marketing insights.
Documenting all the aspects of sales team activities.
Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Digital marketing certifications and masters degree will be added advantage
Advantage for applicants with experienced working in software firms
Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar job position in the Sales industry.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Good organizational skills
Ability to maintain calm composure in stressful situations
Ability to work in a team environment.

Junior Dotnet Developer

We are looking for experienced persons with good knowledge of HTML, jQuery, VB, C#, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, ASP.NET and other related server technologies used to implement .NET applications. Experience in UI design, Commerce Server, and Content Management Systems is a plus. Candidates must be able to work in a team setting as well as an individual setting and must have strong architecture and conceptual skills.


Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop and modify Microsoft ASP.NET, MVC Applications, .NET components, Web Services, ASP.NET WEB API, ADO.NET / Entity Framework and Enterprise Services components
Design, develop, and maintain SQL database schemas and scripts, including views, triggers and stored procedures
Experience in client side development including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
Deploy .NET systems to various production and pre-production environments and troubleshoot issues
Create technical documentation such as design documents, specifications, software architecture documents, and instructions
Work in a team environment using a structured development process and deliver applications on time
