This role may be for you if you…

Responsibilities

Be a specialist in the enterprise software of CareStack and the Business - US Dentistry - to be able to support external stakeholders of the software platform.

Assess communication and soft skills in calls and emails in accordance with sampling plans.

Assist agents with their grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other skills in the English language and culture.

To improve employee performance, offer consistent coaching and criticism.

Intermittently assist in design and development of training material.

Create plans of action for the bottom quartile and make sure they advance along the learning curve.

Must collaborate with numerous teams and procedures.

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing team

Should be ready to work in US shift timing

Product Support Specialist (Customer Support )

Job Location: Trivandrum

Designation: Product Support Specialist

? Be a specialist in the enterprise software of CareStack and the Business - US Dentistry - to be able to support external stakeholders of the software platform.
? Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
? Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
? Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
? Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with the team.
? Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
? Inform customers about new features and functionalities
? Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
? Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing team
? Should be ready to work in US shift timing

Skills and Qualifications

? Graduates in any discipline with excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Fresher or Experience as a First line Technical/Product Support Specialist or similar role
? Good analytical, problem-solving and system thinking ability
? Familiar with healthcare Industry will be a plus
? Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
? System knowledge of Enterprise ERP and CRM applications

Customer Support Analyst (CS Pay)

Responsibilities
• Be a subject matter expert and consultant for payment solutions
• Support US customers to implement a high outcome payments strategy
• Carry out Customer Onboarding, Payment process setup and Training.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Assist in product strategy and functioning. Analyze and report product outcome (for
example, by testing different scenarios or simulating users and real-life user flows)
• Collating technical issues and useful discussions with the team
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications
• Experience in software or technology platform customer-facing roles
• Familiar with healthcare/ Merchant processing/Financial products is a plus.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

Junior Insurance Claims Specialist

• Getting trained and learning on US healthcare, US Dental industry and Revenue Cycle
Management for US healthcare.
• Creation and submission of healthcare insurance claims using billing software, identifying
the necessary billing information to create a complete claim.
• Initiate and conduct follow-ups via proficient use of the claims handling system or other
related systems.
• Perform data entry in order to create and verify claim information prior to submission,
utilizing available resources and reference materials. Identify claim coding errors prior to
submission.
• Maintain accurate logs detailing documentation on individual claim progress.
• Submit additional claim information upon request.
• Escalate complaints in a timely manner (if applicable), using all available resources and
reference material.
• Maintains team collaboration, inter and intra-team communication, and improvements.
• US – voice process.
• Shift time from 4 PM to 1 AM.
