Business Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, identifying key target markets and customer segments.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients and partners through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms. Preference is given to candidates with experience in lead generation from the following countries: United States, Canada, and Australia.

Sales and Negotiation: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation, ensuring successful deal closures and meeting targets.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and promote business growth.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and customized proposals tailored to clients' needs and requirements.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, regularly tracking progress and reporting on key metrics to management.

Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to improve the business development process and overall performance continuously.

Education: A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
