Nucleic Health Innovations has developed a virtual Tele-health platform of personalized smart healthcare catering to individuals and institutions to deliver quality healthcare services, subscriptions, and products to the end user at an affordable cost, initially in south India, subsequently scalable across India, eventually with global footprint. The platform facilitates patients across India a convenient access from the comfort and safety of their home or office to a quality healthcare system anytime through a network of physicians covering multiple specialties, ability to seek urgent support, automated online scheduling for tele-consultation, diagnostic laboratory, Imaging support services & many other services, medication order and other healthcare products including oxygen concentrators. Additionally, the platform will be integrated with remote home monitoring capability utilizing various wearable biosensors, IOT devices etc. In a nutshell the blend of services aims to be a one-stop shop for all primary, secondary, and home-based healthcare needs.

The role spans three verticals – Medical Fraternity, Service Providers and Patient Population.
Identifying and pursuing new business sales opportunities both by use of the company database, networking, B2B opportunities, exhibitions and client entertainment. Involves selling our solution in PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) model.
Be responsible for the business development and Sales, generating revenue and sales lead.
Contact potential clients, Activate contracts with B2B clients (Hospitals) and scout for new expansions.
Accurately develop, map, forecast and close business leads.
Work with the Chief Business Officer to develop proposals that speaks to the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients and contribute to Organizational growth.
Maintain and nurture new/existing client relationships & work closely with the internal colleagues to meet customer needs and ensure additional revenue
Contribute to building service providing partners and Contribute to evolving strategy and response to emerging opportunities by engaging with the Key Opinion / Key Business Leaders.

This role covers the current locations that we are serving. Scope may expand as we grow.
Requires building deep relationships and will need Physical & Digital marketing and social media campaigns.
To work without constant supervision and willing to work outside the normal 9-5 with flexible working hours including some evenings and weekends to accommodate business needs

Self-driven individual with around 3+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, IT, Edutainment, Hospitals and Healthcare sales/marketing will be added advantage.
Candidates with Health Tech / Digital Health Care Solutions Exposure would be desirable.
Comfortable in leveraging digital technologies to realize Business objectives.
Person who can think out of the box and build new pathways for market penetration / business
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, B. Pharm
Preferred Master’s Degree in Sales / Business Development and Marketing.
