Role and Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain a CRM database of prospects and clients.
2. Contact prospects to determine interest in receiving literature on relevant real estate services and products.
3. Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
4. Document all customer activities, appointment requests, and customer interactions with real estate professionals in our CRM software.
5. Work closely with real estate professionals to segment the leads and ensure proper communication/follow-ups are done via emails or SMS.
6. Prepare e-mail and general mailouts to clients and prospects related to real estate.
7. Identify, create, and manage relationships with assigned clients and customers.
1. Completion of a diploma or degree in Marketing is ideal.
2. Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
6. Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have)

Work Timing : 06:00 pm to 03:00 am IST (Canadian Shift)
