Business Development Manager

Role and Responsibilities

1. Lead generation and qualifying prospects.

2. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.

3. Day-to-day account management and development.

4. Source and work customer referrals.

5. Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.

6. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.

7. Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.

Automation Tester

Create and execute test cases/scenarios for functional/non-functional tests, integration tests, performance tests, smoke/sanity tests, API tests etc

Adhering to defect management process, generating, and sharing comprehensive test reports

Ability to work independently, Adaptability to work with bigger teams in a global environment

Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing in writing test automation scripts for web, mobile app and back-end applications using selenium and should be able to create frameworks from scratch

Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Sr Laravel Developer

Roles and Responsibilities
Maple Tech Space is looking for a full-time Laravel Developer to join our offshore team in India and help shape our platform. The work you do here will impact hundreds of clients across the globe. You will be participating in the entire development process from planning, and architecture to quality assurance and implementation. The selected candidate will be working with our senior developers on creating B2C and B2B websites for our business.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant software development experience.
2. Minimum 1 year of strong experience in creating REST API using Laravel.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience working as a PHP Developer with strong working knowledge of
Laravel Framework.
4. Proficient in front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
5. Experience using jQuery and MySQL.
6. Experience in handling Laravel Event Handler OR Scheduler OR Notification Trait
7. Excellent communication.

Relationship Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain a CRM database of prospects and clients.
2. Contact prospects to determine interest in receiving literature on relevant real estate services and products.
3. Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
4. Document all customer activities, appointment requests, and customer interactions with real estate professionals in our CRM software.
5. Work closely with real estate professionals to segment the leads and ensure proper communication/follow-ups are done via emails or SMS.
6. Prepare e-mail and general mailouts to clients and prospects related to real estate.
7. Identify, create, and manage relationships with assigned clients and customers.

Requirements:
1. Completion of a diploma or degree in Marketing is ideal.
2. Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
6. Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have)
