Magento Developer (2 +Years )

We are looking for a Magento Developer with experience in building and maintaining high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade ecommerce applications. You will be responsible for Magento application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and documentation.

• Experience with PHP Programming on Magento.

• Knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks (Zend)

• Knowledge Building and configuring Magento e-commerce websites.

• Good Knowledge of object oriented programming coding of the Magento templates.

• Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.

• Designing themes and interfaces.

• Troubleshooting integration issues. Updating website features and security patches.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred.

• Minimum 3 year experience in developing Magento (Preferably Magento 2)


Business Development Manager (IT 5+years)

• Master’s Degree in Business or related field

ERP Functional Analyst (2+years)

• Manage and own the development of ERP System specifically for Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, HR & Payroll
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories, development, delivery, verification and implementation of the Product
• Prioritize the user stories for each Sprint based on the customer & business priorities and maintain the backlog
• Work with development teams closely to ensure that they understand the requirements for the product and it’s delivered on time and as per the requirements given.
• Manage and execute all the documentation requirements including detailed Functional Specification documents
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
• Work hand-in-hand with Support and QA teams to collect and classify defects, prioritize appropriately and ensure expected functionality is fully delivered.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher – or the equivalent
• 5+ years solid experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in ERP
• Expert Level Functional Understanding of Finance, Procurement, Sales and Revenue Cycle Management, Inventory Management, HR and Payroll.
• Experience working in Scrum teams
• Must have worked on 2 or more implementations
• Expertise in communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements and other information
• High degree of both technical expertise and business acumen
• Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills; track record of product success
• Demonstration of outstanding communication skills internally and externally, across teams and functions
• Demonstration of attention to detail, strong organization and planning skills
