Role: Operations Manager
Location: InfoPark Kochi
Type: On-site, Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes, and driving efficiency across the organization. You will oversee workflows, optimize resources, and deliver operational excellence as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance end-to-end operational workflows for scalability and efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and collaboration.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Compliance and Risk: Oversee adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g. PCI DSS, RBI guidelines, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard Schemes), and internal policies.
Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and optimize KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational excellence.
Customer Experience: Collaborate with support teams to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and resolve operational challenges.
Technology Integration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement tools and automation for process efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to business growth by forecasting resource needs, managing budgets, and driving cost optimization.
What You Bring:
Experience: 5-7+ years in Operations Management, preferably in fintech, payments, or technology-driven startups.
Skills: Strong analytical, process improvement, and team leadership skills.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems, switching solutions, digital wallets, UPI, card processing, or similar fintech solutions.
Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and drive quick solutions.
Tools: Experience with tools like MS Visio, Excel, ERP systems, project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira), or fintech platforms, agile methodologies and DevOps
Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work across teams.
Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
