Position Overview:
The Associate Technical Architect will also support the development team in addressing technical challenges and ensuring the adoption of best practices. This role involves working closely with senior architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience as software architect
*Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python etc.)
*Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
*Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
*Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript
*Understanding of software quality assurance principles
*A technical mindset with great attention to detail
*High quality organizational and leadership skills
*Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Roles & Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
*Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
*Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
*Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
*Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
*Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
*Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
*Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
*Approve final product before launch

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT sector.

Position: AI Developer

Technical Skills:
Python and R, TensorFlow / PyTorch, YOLO, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Model Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes), Version Control (Git), Big Data Tools (Apache Kafka, Flink, and Cassandra), Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL

Responsibilities:

*Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve business problems.
*Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into products and services.
*Optimize and tune AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
*Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into projects where applicable.
