Must have .Net development experience to handle production issues.
should have worked in Application and Production support L2 or L3
Interaction with end users and other development teams to troubleshoot on issues
Should have worked in .Net exposure would be added advantage
Should be ready to work in shifts
Resource should persist good knowledge of .Net Supporting front-end & back-end architecture.
Monitoring and improving front-end performance (If any).
Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Triaging tickets, analysis and tracking the things to closure.
Infra Support (vulnerability management/cert upgrades) if required.
Proactively responsible for application monitoring and stability.
Collaboration with external teams on the production issues/incidents being reported in the applications and understand their integration to our applications.
Identify support issues and initiate actions to resolve the problem.
