Technical Support Engineer
Preferred Experience: 2 - 4 Years
• Good knowledge in MS SQL
• Basic knowledge in IIS and PowerShell script.
• Previous experience in healthcare payments domain.
• Knowledge in data integration concepts (Out of the box thinking).
• Experience in ticketing system such as JIRA and Zendesk.
• Knowledge in devops, teamcity, octopus, git and subversion will be an added plus.
• Good communication skills and able to coordinate deployments and data integration projects.
• Experience in web-based application support/ production support.
• Hands-on experience in working on multiple projects as production support, release testing and documentation.
