Graphic Designer

We are seeking a mid-level Designer who is curious and passionate to help us craft beautiful stories for our clients across Australia and India. This role will also co-own/lead designing for brand experience across digital and offline platforms. The designs delivered should not only raise the industry level benchmarks but also link to our core values at every step of the process - thereby utilizing design as a means to narrate a beautiful customer journey for clients who trust in Planet Media.

Fluency across fundamentals of visual design
Create, suggest, and deliver high-quality visual design outcomes from mood boards to UI layouts, illustrations, and brand style guides.
Extensive knowledge on design best practices across digital (website, social media, UI/UX), and offline platforms (Print collaterals).
Ability to deliver designs under minimal supervision, and present solutions to the wider Planetmedia team as well as our clients.
Ability to present recommendations, manage stakeholders, design strategies and close loop both internally and with clients.
Excellent problem solving skills and proactively solve issues related to design.
Past experience working with multiple global brands is a plus point.

Demonstrated expertise of Adobe Creative Suites [especially Photoshop and Illustrator], and Figma.
Knowledge on responsive design and technical aspects in UX for iOS/Android.
Must have working knowledge of design to developer handoff.


Project Manager

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.


Control the entire project life cycle
Create and manage project schedules that include task estimates and resource allocation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Track progress and milestones

Responsible for documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
Work and collaborate within the internal teams and stakeholders to handle project issues as they arise.

Follow the SOPs and company processes and implement new improvements that aid the existing functions with management approval.
Daily tracking of the tasks assigned, delegating and creating ownership of all the work to the concerned team members involved in the project.
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure quality work and achieve desired project results.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Programming / Technical experience
Hands-on experience in Project Management Tools like Asana, Jira, and Notion.
Sound Knowledge Project Management methodologies and frameworks, viz. Agile or Waterfall or SDLC.
Knowledge or exposure to Business Management will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in English.


SEO Outreach Specialist

A growth-oriented and dynamic digital agency is on the hunt for a creative and result-driven SEO Outreach Specialist to generate high-quality traffic and leads for the company’s growth journey.

In this position, you will plan and execute link-building strategies and tactics. Improve link efficiency and results with an aim to drive sales and increase conversions from website visitors.

In order to thrive in this role, you will need to be a strong team player and collaborate with the Growth Team.

Position: SEO Outreach Specialist


Work closely with the Marketing & SEO team to experiment on and execute different outreach & link acquisition strategies.
Regularly research for relevant link-building opportunities to increase our project exposure on the web.
Outreach to and collaborate with influencers, journalists, website owners/admins, and bloggers.
Manage guest-post tasks for content writers.
Monitor and report on link-building efficiency and results.
Research and test new digital PR and link-building tactics.


Proven record of achieving great results in SEO outreach & link acquisition.
2+ years of recent experience in outbound and outreach campaigns.
Solid understanding of various SEO & SEO outreach tools (including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
Experience in implementing various outreach & off-page SEO techniques such as Skyscraper, Shotgun Skyscraper, Broken Link Building Outreach, Infographics Outreach, Link Roundup, Resource Link Building, Guest Posting, HARO, etc.
Experience working with WordPress, Shopify and Yoast.
Up to date on the latest SEO Outreach Techniques and Trends.
