The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Work within a team of technical Digital Marketing Account Managers, Specialists and Content Strategists leveraging the talent of a global team of experts in Google Ads, Paid Ads and SEO to drive ROI for our client businesses.
Understand the client, their product and their ideal customer. Find ways to join the dots, light the fires and drive business for those businesses.
Collectively, that’s called a marketing campaign, and those aspects form the building blocks. But there might be PAID Social Media, EDMs or even Website RE-Builds to coordinate too.
Work with Content Strategists and producers to deliver persuasive messaging and communications campaigns alongside SEO services.
Solves the issues and unpredictable complications that come from internet-based business. Be it website crashes, algorithm changes or something completely unexpected. No two days are the same.
Report regularly to your clients on the progress of their campaigns, and communicate frequently with them to grow their business. Results-driven, no fluff.
Act as a consultant and marketing expert for your clients. They want to grow, and you’re going to help them do it. There’s a team of experienced account managers and marketing specialists and experts right here to help and support you.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role.
Experience in digital marketing. Ideally, 2 years in a similar role. But here at Dilate, we know that skills can be taught, and attitude can’t. We’re willing to invest in the right person.
An interest in marketing. Not really negotiable, we’re a passionate team. It’s what makes us the best at what we do.
A love for learning. We like podcasts, books and knowledge articles.
Superfast learner, quick and agile thinker. Problem-solving skills a must.
Experience in customer service, or at least a distinctive customer orientation with brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work well in a team, under pressure, and to supervise and oversee the work being completed for your clients.
