Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Laravel framework, a deep understanding of PHP, and a proven track record of building robust and scalable web applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, mentor junior developers, and drive the development of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements, design solutions, and implement new features.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and security.
Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices.
Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all code and development processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on PHP and the Laravel framework.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Symfony.
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks/libraries like Vue.js, React, or Angular.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TRAINEE

Position: Software Developer- Trainee
Mode: Onsite Training
Duration: 3 Months(Will receive the job offer letter based on the performance in the training)
Location- Infopark, Kochi
Prefer Immediate Joiners

Required Skillsets:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area(Preferably 2023 Pass out candidates)
• Minimum CGPA of 7.0
• Basic knowledge/understanding of Oops Concepts/HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Android/iOS/Angular/SQL/MySQL
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
• Proactively learning about new technologies
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Development websites and applications (coding, programming)
• Debugging and testing code.
• Documenting and testing new software applications
