Responsibilities

Gather product-specific requirements from the client or internal stakeholders and evaluate and compare them against industry trends
Liaison with Development Lead to give shape to product ideas and features
Validate MVP and POC to ensure coverage and adherence to a complete list of requirements
Act as a support point for business development by contributing to RFX responses, product demos and proof of concepts
Present products to clients to gather feedback and liaison with the development team to implement changes

QA Lead (5 to 8 Years)

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Analyse the project requirements
Assist in providing Test Effort Estimation for the project
Support in delivering test plans for the project
Perform Manual Testing for new releases, work along with the development team and business team to deliver requirements with good quality
Co-ordinate QA activities for a team and allocated projects
Understand the requirements and get clarifications from the client if needed
Guide team members on the testing process in any assigned project
Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements, isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
